Kovurt Returns Policy

At Kovurt, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns policy to make your shopping experience hassle-free.

1. Change of Mind Returns

  • We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or earrings.
  • Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Consider gifting your item to a person who may like it, fit in it etc and jumping back online to reorder a more suitable item for yourself.

2. Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at theteam@kovurt.co within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We may request photos to assess the issue before approving the return.
  • A replacement, store credit, or refund will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
  • In cases where a return is required, Kovurt will cover the shipping costs.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our customer support team at squiz@kovurt.co with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
  3. Pack your item securely and send it back to the provided address.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 5-7 business days.

4. Refunds & Processing Times

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Store credits will be issued as an online gift card for future purchases.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Exclusions

  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance are non-refundable.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
