  • Kovurt endeavours to process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
  • We reserve the right to delay processing times due to high demand, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Shipping Times

  • Australia Wide Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days.
  • Worldwide Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 10-15 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and courier delays beyond our control.

3.2 Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping across Australia on all orders over $110 AUD.
  • Kovurt reserves the right to change shipping rates or offer promotions at any time.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes, which are determined by your country’s regulations.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Kovurt has no control over these fees and cannot estimate the costs.
  • Failure to pay customs fees may result in your package being returned or discarded. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.
  • If your tracking status is not updating, please allow extra time or contact our support team for assistance.

6. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
  • Kovurt is not liable for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Kovurt is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the courier.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or contact the courier directly.
  • We recommend selecting a secure delivery location or opting for signature-required shipping (if available).

8. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible if it has already been processed.
  • If you need to update your shipping details, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

9. Shipping Restrictions

  • We may not be able to ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses or restricted regions due to courier limitations.
  • Certain products may have additional shipping restrictions due to local import laws.
